Founded in Diani, Kenya, Colobus Conservation is a non-profit committed to the protection of primates, especially the threatened Angolan black and white colobus monkeys. Through habitat protection, educational campaigns, rescue, and rehabilitation projects, it seeks to safeguard primates.
The only primate eco-tour in the nation, it presents a special chance to see a colonized troop of colobus monkeys in their natural environment.
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the experience starts for a full refund.
You are most likely to see colobus monkeys, but vervet monkeys, Sykes' monkeys, and baboons are also frequent visitors to the area.
Guided eco-tours are offered Monday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The center is closed for eco-tours on Sundays.
Yes, this tour is perfect for families with children who are interested in learning about monkeys.
Extra donations are gratefully accepted as the funding for conservation activities relies solely on gifts, grants and donations. There's also a lovely shop for any souvenir items you may like to purchase for yourself or your friends.
