These terms govern the relationship between NatuAsili and every user of the platform — impact fellows, partner organizations, community representatives, and public visitors.

Platform use

By using NatuAsili you agree to conduct all project transactions on-platform, provide accurate identity and credential information during verification, and comply with Kenyan law.

Fees and payments

NatuAsili charges a unified 13% platform fee on every completed project. Payments are held in escrow until milestones are approved, and disputes are handled through the platform.
